… we expect you have clicked on an interesting-looking tab within Microsoft Teams, likely in a channel you are a part of, and you saw the bright orange screen about Huddo Boards and clicked FIND OUT MORE.

Your colleagues are already using Huddo Boards to manage tasks and projects. One colleague has added a project Board to a Team Channel in Microsoft Teams, enabling the project team to access the project Board directly from here. As a group member of this Team Channel, you can see the tab. However, you cannot view the Project Board without having a Huddo Boards account. This has ultimately brought you here!

The next important thing to know is that you cannot incur any charge by creating an account today. There is no auto-enrollment. The type of account and any restrictions you will have on creating an account will depend on the type of account your organisation has, and essentially is based on whether your colleagues are on a FREE or PAID subscription. Regardless, you will start with either instant unrestricted access, OR you will be put on a 30-day trial as your organisation has a restriction in place. For example, your company may have a paid plan and you can explore Boards on trial before requesting a subscription licence from an Administrator or purchasing one yourself.

Round-trip editing, version control, and file permissions are easily maintained directly in Huddo Boards making it easier to manage, share and collaborate on files.

Outlook

Use this integration directly from Outlook desktop or web to create a new Huddo Boards card/task from an email, choose which list it sits under in your Board, add assignments and due dates.

Add a link to a Huddo Board, list, or card/task to an email in Outlook to email on to colleagues. This integration works for Outlook desktop and web.

Teams

Huddo Boards can be added as a tab to a Team Channel for team projects and tasks, just like Microsoft Planner. Show specific Boards that a Team is working on or have a tab to show all of the Boards associated with that Team.

Add Huddo Boards to the More Added Apps area of MS Teams to access the MyBoards dashboard.
