Frequently asked questions

Per user, per month, billed annually in advance. The rate depends on how many users will have an account — from $6.49/user/month at 100–249 users down to $2.49/user/month at 5,000+ users. Every user who can sign in needs a licence; there's no separate free or read-only seat.

Yes — 100 users. If your organisation is smaller than that, contact sales to discuss options.

No. On-premises, private cloud, and air-gapped deployments are all billed at the same per-user rate. Nothing about where you run Huddo Wikis changes the licence cost.

Yes. Paying for 3 years in advance gets you 10% off the total.

Not if you self-host — Huddo Wikis runs on your own infrastructure, on-premises, private cloud, or a managed Kubernetes service you already pay for, at no extra charge. If you'd rather not run it yourself, ISW can host and manage it for you on sovereign infrastructure such as Ionos, AWS, or Azure, for an additional hosting fee quoted separately.

Migration from HCL Connections Wikis is automated and included as part of implementation. Migration from Confluence Data Center is a managed service ISW scopes per project — get in touch and we'll quote it as part of your overall package.
